ConocoPhillips must revise plan after 59 minute delay

02/04/2011 Although required to keep delays under 15 minutes, Idaho Transportation Department's spokesman Adam Rush reported today that there were 10 delays that violated the rule, one delay as long as 59 minutes. A sharp curve between Greer and Kamiah were to blame for the delay.
