Kristin Ruether

Kristin is a 2005 graduate of Lewis and Clark Law School, where she was on the winning team for the 2004 National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition, received the Williamson Award for public interest environmental law, and participated in the Pacific Environmental Advocacy Clinic. During law school she interned for Advocates for the West, Earthjustice, and the Hon. Judge Michael Mosman. She has a B.S. in Biology from Cornell University. She previously worked for Friends of the Clearwater in Moscow, ID.

Following law school, Kristin spent two years as a staff attorney with the Oregon Natural Desert Association. She joined Advocates in December 2007, and focuses on the Sagebrush Sea project.

In her spare time she volunteers with Boise's community of refugees from Bhutan.
