Kristin focuses on cases protecting the Sagebrush Sea, litigating public lands matters in federal, state, and administrative courts. She is admitted to the Idaho and Oregon bars.
She is a 2005 graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, where she was on the winning team for the 2004 National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and active in the Pacific Environmental Advocacy Clinic. During law school she interned for Earthjustice and the Hon. Judge Michael Mosman. She has a B.S. in Biology with honors from Cornell University.
Prior to joining Advocates, she was a staff attorney at the Oregon Natural Desert Association. She previously worked for Friends of the Clearwater in Moscow, ID.
She enjoys volunteering with Boise's community of refugees, through the International Rescue Committee.
